Strategic Update

Focused Acceleration of VENDOR.Max

In alignment with current market dynamics and ongoing strategic consultations with infrastructure-focused partners, the development of the VENDOR.Zero micro-power architecture has been temporarily paused. At this stage, the company has prioritized the acceleration and scaling of VENDOR.Max — the infrastructure-level power node operating at 2.4–24 kW — where market demand, deployment readiness, and partner alignment are significantly stronger. VENDOR.Zero remains part of the long-term platform architecture and may be revisited as the VENDOR.Max deployment layer reaches maturity and broader ecosystem integration.

This reflects an internal portfolio decision based on deployment-stage prioritization, not a change in the underlying electrodynamic architecture or patent status. Patent coverage under WO2024209235 (PCT) and ES2950176 (granted, Spain) applies to the platform as a whole.
