Once the funds are received into the account of MICRO DIGITAL ELECTRONICS CORP S.R.L. (CUI 50047468), a 16% corporate income tax is withheld and remitted to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) in full compliance with Romanian fiscal regulations.
The remaining funds are directed exclusively toward research and development, procurement of laboratory and testing equipment, certification and compliance procedures, pilot project execution, and the scaling of VENDOR’s solid-state energy technology in accordance with the company’s strategic development roadmap.
