Contact
One entry point for infrastructure operators, deployment partners, investors and technical reviewers. The company corresponds from a single domain and a single mailbox, and both can be verified on this page.
Four routes
An enquiry moves faster when the route is named in the subject line. Below is what belongs to each route and what to include in the first message.
Deployment and pilot
A site, a facility or a network segment on weak or unstable supply. Applicability assessment, pilot placement conditions, site requirements.
Pilot readiness assessmentInvestment and due diligence
Requests for investor access, requests for gated material, questions about deal structure and process.
Investor entry pointTechnical review
Enquiries from engineers, reviewers, laboratories and institutes: measurement methodology, test protocols, participation in independent verification. Enquiries previously addressed to the research support page arrive here.
Validation programmeLegal, intellectual property and media
Licensing, questions about the patent portfolio, enquiries from rights holders, media and analytical organisations.
Patent portfolioSend the enquiry itself to info@vendor.energy.

What happens after the message
Intake
The enquiry is registered and assigned to one of the four routes.
Clarification
Missing input data are requested: facility, load, jurisdiction, role of the organisation.
Routing
The enquiry is handed to the relevant track: deployment, investor, technical or legal.
Formalisation
When the discussion becomes substantive, the relationship is put on paper: confidentiality agreement, counterparty checks, pilot conditions.
Data you send are used to answer and route the enquiry. Processing, retention and data subject rights are described in the privacy policy. The investor route additionally applies a counterparty verification procedure. Recurring questions are already answered in the FAQ.
Infrastructure does not wait for correspondence. If the site is already identified, start with the site assessment; if the interest is investment-related, start with investor access.
