Scope of open correspondence

Design details of the device, internal regime parameters and other non-public technical information are not disclosed in open correspondence. Such questions move to a separate track once a confidentiality agreement is in place: Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The reverse rule applies as well. Do not send confidential, internal or protected third-party materials before the terms of their transfer have been agreed. Sending such material does not by itself mean that the company accepts the confidentiality terms proposed by the sender.

Registration of an enquiry is not a confirmation of technical characteristics, commercial terms or delivery dates.

Clarification

Missing input data are requested: facility, load, jurisdiction, role of the organisation.

A request for data does not mean that either side has accepted an obligation.

Routing

The enquiry is handed to the relevant track: deployment, investor, technical or legal.

Moving into a track does not open access to gated material automatically.

Formalisation

When the discussion becomes substantive, the relationship is put on paper: confidentiality agreement, counterparty checks, pilot conditions.

Moving to a substantive discussion does not in itself create contractual obligations and does not settle the terms of a pilot, an investment or access to gated material.

Data you send are used to answer and route the enquiry. Processing, retention and data subject rights are described in the privacy policy. The investor route additionally applies a counterparty verification procedure. Recurring questions are already answered in the FAQ.

Infrastructure does not wait for correspondence. If the site is already identified, start with the site assessment; if the interest is investment-related, start with investor access.
