Valoarea const\u0103 \u00een faptul c\u0103 lucrarea ofer\u0103 un exemplu documentat de <strong>lan\u021b de cuplaj electrodinamic deschis<\/strong> \u00een natur\u0103: modific\u0103rile unui mediu geofizic sunt corelate cu condi\u021biile c\u00e2mpului electric atmosferic \u0219i cu indicatori de ionizare ionosferic\u0103, \u00eentr-un cadru care ia explicit \u00een considerare factorii solari \u0219i geomagnetici.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>1) Ce ofer\u0103 efectiv lucrarea din 2025<\/h2>\n\n<h3>1.1 Focalizarea cercet\u0103rii<\/h3>\n<p>\nLucrarea citat\u0103 raporteaz\u0103 corela\u021bii \u00eentre:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>modific\u0103ri ale rezistivit\u0103\u021bii electrice specifice (SER) \u00een orizonturile superioare ale scoar\u021bei (m\u0103surate prin metode electromagnetice subterane);<\/li>\n  <li>indicatori compatibili cu modific\u0103ri ale condi\u021biilor c\u00e2mpului electric atmosferic deasupra regiunii (interpreta\u021bi \u00een cadrul LAIC);<\/li>\n  <li>anomalii pre-eveniment ale con\u021binutului total de electroni (TEC) \u00een ionosfer\u0103, derivate din procesarea datelor GNSS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>1.2 Ce NU ofer\u0103 lucrarea<\/h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>Nu ofer\u0103 dovezi c\u0103 puterea activ\u0103 relevant\u0103 din punct de vedere inginere\u0219c poate fi ob\u021binut\u0103 direct din c\u00e2mpuri atmosferice ambientale slabe, \u00een condi\u021bii tipice.<\/li>\n  <li>Nu stabile\u0219te puterea de ie\u0219ire la nivel de dispozitiv, eficien\u021ba sau stadiul de validare al vreunei tehnologii comerciale.<\/li>\n  <li>Nu \u00eenlocuie\u0219te necesitatea metrologiei: m\u0103surarea puterii active pe porturi definite \u0219i verific\u0103rile bilan\u021bului termic r\u0103m\u00e2n obligatorii pentru orice afirma\u021bie inginereasc\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>2) Evenimentele raportate \u0219i natura dovezilor<\/h2>\n\n<h3>2.1 Dou\u0103 evenimente discutate ca studii de caz<\/h3>\n<p>\nLucrarea discut\u0103 cutremure puternice din Kamceatka \u0219i raporteaz\u0103 dinamica SER \u0219i sincronizarea anomaliilor TEC \u00een ferestre de observa\u021bie definite. \u00cen discursul public, astfel de cazuri sunt adesea utilizate gre\u0219it pentru a sus\u021bine nara\u021biuni despre \u201eextragerea energiei\u201d. Ea ofer\u0103 o baz\u0103 pentru formularea de ipoteze, testarea modelelor de cuplaj \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea protocoalelor de m\u0103surare.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>3) LAIC interpretat corect: cuplaj, nu \u201erecoltare de energie\u201d<\/h2>\n\n<h3>3.1 LAIC ca lan\u021b de cuplaj<\/h3>\n<p>\n\u00cen terminologia LAIC, lan\u021bul este adesea rezumat astfel:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Modificare a mediului geofizic<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>modificare a mediului electric atmosferic apropiat de sol<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>indicatori de ionizare \u00een ionosfer\u0103<\/strong> (observa\u021bi ca anomalii TEC).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAceasta este o afirma\u021bie despre <strong>cuplaj \u0219i condi\u021bii la limit\u0103<\/strong>. Nu este o afirma\u021bie despre existen\u021ba unui rezervor energetic controlabil, adecvat pentru generarea de energie.\n<\/p>\n\n<h3>3.2 De ce acest lucru conteaz\u0103 pentru g\u00e2ndirea inginereasc\u0103<\/h3>\n<p>\n\u00cen analiza inginereasc\u0103 este esen\u021bial s\u0103 fie separate clar trei concepte:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Sursa de energie<\/strong> (originea puterii active);<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Mediul de lucru<\/strong> (unde apar c\u00e2mpurile, sarcinile \u0219i desc\u0103rc\u0103rile);<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Mecanismul de cuplaj<\/strong> (modul \u00een care semnalele \u0219i regimurile se modific\u0103 prin elemente neliniare \u0219i condi\u021bii la limit\u0103).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nDovezile LAIC apar\u021bin \u00een principal celei de-a treia categorii: ele ilustreaz\u0103 modul \u00een care condi\u021biile la limit\u0103 \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile mediului pot fi corelate cu comportamentul regimurilor electrodinamice, pe mai multe sc\u0103ri.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>4) De ce acest subiect este adesea clasificat gre\u0219it ca \u201escam\u201d (\u0219i cum se evit\u0103 acest lucru)<\/h2>\n\n<h3>4.1 Modul tipic de e\u0219ec conceptual<\/h3>\n<p>\nO eroare frecvent\u0103 este saltul conceptual:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>\u201eIonizarea \u0219i c\u00e2mpurile electrice exist\u0103 \u00een atmosfer\u0103\u201d \u2192 deci \u201eputere utilizabil\u0103 este disponibil\u0103 din aer\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAcest salt nu este justificat.
