Acela\u0219i lucru se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een re\u021belele electrice: generarea \u00een exces f\u0103r\u0103 o arhitectur\u0103 adaptiv\u0103 duce la supratensiune \u0219i defec\u021biuni ale sistemului.\n<h3><b>Studii de caz care explic\u0103 totul<\/b><\/h3>\n<strong>Spania \u0219i Portugalia, 28 aprilie 2025.<\/strong>\n\nCea mai grav\u0103 pan\u0103 din Europa din ultimii 20 de ani. Concluziile preliminare ale operatorilor de transmisie din UE indic\u0103 un eveniment de supratensiune f\u0103r\u0103 precedent \u0219i instabilitate \u00een controlul tensiunii\/puterii reactive \u2014 nu un \u201edeficit de generare.\u201d\n\nCauzele principale: interconexiuni slabe cu re\u021beaua UE (doar ~3% fa\u021b\u0103 de \u021binta UE de 15% p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030) \u0219i instabilitate \u00een coordonarea sistemului. Ce este necesar este o arhitectur\u0103 activ\u0103 \u2014 controlul distribuit al tensiunii, frecven\u021bei \u0219i fluxurilor de putere. Altfel, re\u021belele se confrunt\u0103 cu reducerea continu\u0103 a produc\u021biei fotovoltaice sau \u00eenchideri protective de tip avalan\u0219\u0103.\n<h3><b>Nucleul tehnic al problemei (Pentru ingineri)<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n \t<li>Penetrarea mare a regenerabilelor duce la iner\u021bia sc\u0103zut\u0103 a sistemului \u0219i sensibilitate mai mare la fluctua\u021bii.<\/li>\n \t<li>Fluxurile de putere invers\u0103 \u00een re\u021belele de distribu\u021bie (\u00een timpul v\u00e2rfurilor fotovoltaice) ridic\u0103 tensiunile de la cap\u0103tul liniei.<\/li>\n \t<li>Re\u021belele \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nite \u0219i interconexiunile slabe fac ca perturb\u0103rile locale s\u0103 escaladeze u\u0219or \u00een unele sistemice.<\/li>\n \t<li>Controlul insuficient al tensiunii\/puterii reactive \u00een multe surse de generare \u0219i codurile de re\u021bea dep\u0103\u0219ite \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 operatorii pierd \u201evolanul\u201d \u00een minutele critice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><b>Concluzii cheie<\/b><\/h4>\nProblema nu este \u201eprea mult soare sau v\u00e2nt.\u201d Problema este c\u0103 arhitectura benzii rulante liniare nu mai poate face fa\u021b\u0103. Extinderea BESS ajut\u0103 local \u0219i temporar, dar nu rezolv\u0103 fizica.\n\nLumea nu are nevoie doar de mai mult\u0103 stocare \u2014 are nevoie de o arhitectur\u0103 nou\u0103, unde generarea, stabilizarea \u0219i schimbul sunt integrate \u00een fiecare nod, \u0219i unde re\u021beaua se comport\u0103 ca o \u021bes\u0103tur\u0103 vie, nu ca o \u021beav\u0103
