Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 stratul de logistic\u0103 a motorinei nu este o linie marginal\u0103 pe un m\u0103nunchi de obiecte izolate, ci un strat opera\u021bional sistemic pe sute \u0219i mii de site-uri cu un lan\u021b de aprovizionare trasabil transparent.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Densitatea temporal\u0103 a ciclului de audit.<\/strong> Schimbarea maturit\u0103\u021bii de asigurare pentru entit\u0103\u021bile mari de raportare conform Standardelor Europene de Raportare a Sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een a doua jum\u0103tate a deceniului \u2014 iar pentru telecom aceast\u0103 fereastr\u0103 se suprapune cu faza de aplicare activ\u0103 a NIS2.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>Convergen\u021ba acestor trei vectori face din telecom-ul european prima industrie \u00een care reclasificarea stratului de logistic\u0103 a motorinei se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 nu pe un orizont 2030+, ci \u00een interiorul ciclului de audit curent.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"tvp-rlem-interp\">\n      <span class=\"tvp-rlem-interp__label\">Particularitate Rom\u00e2nia<\/span>\n      <p>\u00cen contextul rom\u00e2nesc, aceast\u0103 convergen\u021b\u0103 este deja activ\u0103 opera\u021bional, potrivit informa\u021biilor publice disponibile. <span class=\"no-tel\">OUG 155\/2024<\/span>, urmat\u0103 de aprobarea \u0219i extinderea sa prin <span class=\"no-tel\">Legea 124\/2025<\/span>, a transpus Directiva NIS2 \u00een legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103. Cadrul na\u021bional este aplicat opera\u021bional de <strong>DNSC<\/strong>, iar procedurile detaliate de notificare, criteriile de evaluare a perturb\u0103rii serviciilor \u0219i metodologia de evaluare a riscurilor sunt acoperite de <span class=\"no-tel\">Ordinele DNSC 1\/2025<\/span> \u0219i <span class=\"no-tel\">2\/2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Logistica motorinei <em>este<\/em> un lan\u021b de aprovizionare.
