Acesta abordeaz\u0103 criteriile pe baza c\u0103rora validitatea inginereasc\u0103 a fost stabilit\u0103 istoric \u2014 reproductibilitate, controlabilitatea regimului &#537;i o cale de verificare definit\u0103 \u2014 &#537;i aplic\u0103 aceste criterii stadiului actual de dezvoltare al <a href=\"https:\/\/vendor.energy\/ro\/articles\/validarea-regimului-corona\/\">VENDOR.Max<\/a>. Sistemul este tratat strict \u00een cadrul fizicii clasice, toate fluxurile energetice fiind contabilizate explicit la grani&#539;a complet\u0103 a dispozitivului, \u00een condi&#539;ii de m\u0103surare definite.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section tvp-dd-section--alt\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;01<\/span>\n        <h2>Introducere<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Evaluarea unei tehnologii la TRL 5\u20136 necesit\u0103 context \u2014 nu doar teoretic, ci ancorat istoric \u00een practica inginereasc\u0103. \u00centrebarea pe care o pune un investitor disciplinat nu este \u201ea fost fizica demonstrat\u0103 complet?\", ci \u201eeste efectul reproductibil, este regimul de func&#539;ionare controlabil &#537;i exist\u0103 o cale definit\u0103 c\u0103tre verificarea independent\u0103?\". Pe baza acestor criterii \u2014 &#537;i nu pe existen&#539;a unui model teoretic \u00eenchis \u2014 au fost luate istoric deciziile de investi&#539;ie \u00een hardware de tip deep-tech.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Acest document descrie cum ar\u0103ta realitatea inginereasc\u0103 \u00een stadii comparabile pentru tehnologii care au devenit ulterior de nivel infrastructural.<\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;02<\/span>\n        <h2>Ce precede teoria: un tipar \u00een istoria ingineriei<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>\u00cenregistrarea istoric\u0103 de-a lungul marilor tranzi&#539;ii tehnologice este consecvent\u0103: <a href=\"https:\/\/vendor.energy\/ro\/articles\/ingineria-regimului-operational\/\">stabilizarea regimului<\/a> &#537;i reproductibilitatea efectului au precedat \u00eenchiderea teoretic\u0103. Aceasta nu este o excep&#539;ie sau o sl\u0103biciune \u2014 este secven&#539;a standard.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Zborul controlat a fost realizat \u00een 1903 folosind tabele inexacte ale coeficien&#539;ilor de portan&#539;\u0103. Motoarele cu abur s-au extins \u00een sisteme industriale \u00eenainte ca termodinamica s\u0103 existe ca &#537;tiin&#539;\u0103 formal\u0103. Primele tranzistoare au intrat \u00een uz comercial \u00een timp ce modelele inginere&#537;ti pentru semiconductoare se bazau \u00eenc\u0103 predominant pe rela&#539;ii empirice. \u00cen fiecare caz, teoria s-a dezvoltat ca r\u0103spuns la o realitate inginereasc\u0103 deja existent\u0103 \u2014 nu ca o condi&#539;ie prealabil\u0103, ci ca un instrument de optimizare &#537;i scalare.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Acestea nu sunt exemple izolate. Ele reprezint\u0103 o secven&#539;\u0103 repetabil\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea sistemelor inginere&#537;ti:<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-chain\">\n        efect &nbsp;\u2192&nbsp; stabilizare &nbsp;\u2192&nbsp; m\u0103surare &nbsp;\u2192&nbsp; scalare &nbsp;\u2192&nbsp; formalizare teoretic\u0103\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section tvp-dd-section--alt\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;03<\/span>\n        <h2>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 de fapt TRL 5\u20136<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-concept\">\n        <p><strong>TRL 5\u20136 nu valideaz\u0103 completitudinea teoretic\u0103.<\/strong> Valideaz\u0103 un comportament fizic controlat \u00een condi&#539;ii definite.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>\u00cen acest stadiu, sunt stabilite urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Efectul fizic este reproductibil \u00een condi&#539;ii controlate de laborator<\/li>\n        <li>Regimul de func&#539;ionare este stabilizat &#537;i controlabil<\/li>\n        <li>Parametrii sistemului sunt m\u0103surabili<\/li>\n        <li>Au fost dezvoltate protocoale de verificare<\/li>\n        <li>Este definit\u0103 o cale c\u0103tre validarea independent\u0103<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <p>\u00cenchiderea teoretic\u0103 nu este nici un criteriu TRL, nici o cerin&#539;\u0103 standard de investi&#539;ie pentru companiile de hardware de tip deep-tech \u00een acest stadiu. Criteriile opera&#539;ionale sunt reproductibilitatea, controlabilitatea, m\u0103surabilitatea &#537;i existen&#539;a unei c\u0103i de verificare.<\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;04<\/span>\n        <h2>Calea de verificare ca variabil\u0103 de investi&#539;ie<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Riscul de investi&#539;ie la TRL 5\u20136 nu este determinat de absen&#539;a teoriei, ci de structura c\u0103ii c\u0103tre verificarea independent\u0103. Variabilele cheie:<\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-vars\">\n\n        <div class=\"tvp-dd-var\">\n          <div class=\"tvp-dd-var__key\">Reproductibilitate<\/div>\n          <div class=\"tvp-dd-var__val\">Peste 1.000 de ore cumulate de func&#539;ionare \u00een cicluri repetate de testare, \u00een condi&#539;ii controlate.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"tvp-dd-var\">\n          <div class=\"tvp-dd-var__key\">M\u0103surabilitate<\/div>\n          <div class=\"tvp-dd-var__val\">Au fost dezvoltate protocoale de verificare la nivelul grani&#539;ei, care fac parte din foaia de parcurs c\u0103tre <a href=\"https:\/\/vendor.energy\/ro\/articles\/ce-este-trl-si-de-ce-este-important\/\">TRL 6<\/a>.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n        <div class=\"tvp-dd-var\">\n          <div class=\"tvp-dd-var__key\">Protec&#539;ie IP<\/div>\n          <div class=\"tvp-dd-var__val\"><strong>PCT <span class=\"no-tel\">WO2024209235<\/span><\/strong> (activ) &nbsp;&#183;&nbsp; <strong>ES<span class=\"no-tel\">2950176<\/span><\/strong> (acordat, Spania). Verificare independent\u0103 de c\u0103tre DNV\/T\u00dcV \u2014 fereastr\u0103 2026\u20132028.<\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Tranzi&#539;ia de la TRL 6 la TRL 7 este definit\u0103 de:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>M\u0103surare independent\u0103 de c\u0103tre ter&#539;i<\/li>\n        <li>Validare aliniat\u0103 cu cerin&#539;ele de certificare<\/li>\n        <li>Reproductibilitate demonstrat\u0103 \u00een afara laboratorului de origine<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section tvp-dd-section--alt\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;05<\/span>\n        <h2>C\u0103i de implementare pentru sisteme de complexitate ridicat\u0103<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Sistemele inginere&#537;ti de complexitate ridicat\u0103 sunt rareori implementate printr-un consens teoretic imediat.<\/p>\n\n      <p>\u00centr-o gam\u0103 de domenii \u2014 inclusiv naviga&#539;ia prin satelit, re&#539;elele de comunica&#539;ii bazate pe pachete &#537;i tehnologii provenite din programe de ap\u0103rare \u2014 implementarea a urmat o cale de validare etapizat\u0103:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Medii de testare controlate<\/li>\n        <li>Aplica&#539;ii-pilot cu domeniu limitat<\/li>\n        <li>Extindere progresiv\u0103 \u00een condi&#539;ii monitorizate<\/li>\n        <li>Standardizare &#537;i certificare formal\u0103<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <p>\u00cen aceste cazuri, acceptarea sistemului nu a fost determinat\u0103 de \u00eenchiderea teoretic\u0103, ci de performan&#539;\u0103 opera&#539;ional\u0103 reproductibil\u0103, fiabilitate demonstrat\u0103, protocoale de validare definite &#537;i scalare controlat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n      <p>VENDOR urmeaz\u0103 aceea&#537;i disciplin\u0103 inginereasc\u0103:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Validare de laborator \u00een condi&#539;ii controlate (TRL 5\u20136)<\/li>\n        <li>Cale definit\u0103 c\u0103tre verificarea independent\u0103 (TRL 6\u20137)<\/li>\n        <li>Logic\u0103 de implementare orientat\u0103 pe proiecte-pilot<\/li>\n        <li>Scalare aliniat\u0103 cu certificarea<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-concept\">\n        <p>Aceast\u0103 abordare este consecvent\u0103 cu cadrele de dezvoltare pe baz\u0103 de TRL aplicate \u00een aerospa&#539;ial, ap\u0103rare &#537;i sisteme de infrastructur\u0103. Obiectivul nu este consensul teoretic timpuriu, ci o <strong>tranzi&#539;ie controlat\u0103 de la un comportament fizic m\u0103surabil la o validare de nivel infrastructural<\/strong>.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;06<\/span>\n        <h2>Riscul de clasificare \u00een evaluarea sistemelor \u00een stadiu incipient<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Sistemele inginere&#537;ti \u00een stadiu incipient care nu se conformeaz\u0103 modelelor liniare standard sunt supuse riscului de clasificare.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Acest risc apare atunci c\u00e2nd cadrele de evaluare \u2014 inclusiv instrumente analitice automatizate, euristici simplificate sau straturi de interpretare nespecializate \u2014 \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 mapeze sisteme neliniare, dependente de regim, pe ipoteze liniare de tip intrare-ie&#537;ire.<\/p>\n\n      <p>\u00cen astfel de cazuri, clasificarea gre&#537;it\u0103 poate ap\u0103rea nu din cauza vreunei inconsecven&#539;e fizice, ci din cauza unei nepotriviri \u00eentre modelul de func&#539;ionare al sistemului (neliniar, dependent de regim) &#537;i modelul de evaluare (liniar, cu ipoteze de regim sta&#539;ionar). Aceasta este o provocare cunoscut\u0103 &#537;i documentat\u0103 \u00een evaluarea sistemelor complexe.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Din acest motiv, comunicarea public\u0103 a VENDOR este structurat\u0103 pentru a:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Defini explicit contabilizarea energetic\u0103 la nivelul grani&#539;ei dispozitivului<\/li>\n        <li>Men&#539;ine o separare clar\u0103 \u00eentre interpret\u0103rile la nivel de sistem &#537;i cele la nivel de regim<\/li>\n        <li>Elimina formul\u0103rile susceptibile de a fi interpretate gre&#537;it ca o \u00eenc\u0103lcare a legilor fizicii<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-concept\">\n        <p><strong>Riscul de clasificare este tratat ca o variabil\u0103 opera&#539;ional\u0103, nu ca o anomalie.<\/strong><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section tvp-dd-section--alt\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;07<\/span>\n        <h2>Dinamica regimului &#537;i controlul ingineresc<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>Sistemele neliniare rezonante prezint\u0103 moduri de defectare definite, caracteristice arhitecturilor cu dinamic\u0103 energetic\u0103 ridicat\u0103:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Escaladarea necontrolat\u0103 a regimului \u00een absen&#539;a unei regl\u0103ri active<\/li>\n        <li>Instabilitate la sarcini care dep\u0103&#537;esc intervalele de func&#539;ionare validate<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <p>Pentru a aborda aceste condi&#539;ii, a fost dezvoltat un strat dedicat de control &#537;i protec&#539;ie, care ofer\u0103:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Reglare dinamic\u0103 a parametrilor de regim<\/li>\n        <li>Echilibrarea &#537;i protec&#539;ia sarcinii<\/li>\n        <li>Oprire controlat\u0103 \u00een condi&#539;ii de func&#539;ionare \u00een afara intervalului<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-concept\">\n        <p>Aceste mecanisme transform\u0103 un comportament poten&#539;ial instabil \u00eentr-o func&#539;ionare controlat\u0103 &#537;i m\u0103rginit\u0103. <strong>Comportamentul sistemului r\u0103m\u00e2ne previzibil \u00een intervalele de func&#539;ionare definite.<\/strong><\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;08<\/span>\n        <h2>Complexitatea m\u0103sur\u0103rii \u00een sisteme cu circuite multiple<\/h2>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <p>M\u0103surarea \u00een sisteme neliniare cu circuite multiple prezint\u0103 provoc\u0103ri metodologice non-triviale.<\/p>\n\n      <p>Sursele poten&#539;iale de eroare includ:<\/p>\n\n      <ul class=\"tvp-dd-list\">\n        <li>Definirea incorect\u0103 a grani&#539;elor sistemului (porturi)<\/li>\n        <li>M\u0103surarea par&#539;ial\u0103 a semnalului f\u0103r\u0103 context \u00een domeniul frecven&#539;ei<\/li>\n        <li>Interpretarea gre&#537;it\u0103 a comportamentului tranzitoriu fa&#539;\u0103 de cel sta&#539;ionar<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-concept\">\n        <p>Din acest motiv, VENDOR aplic\u0103 o <strong>abordare de m\u0103surare definit\u0103 la grani&#539;\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een care toate fluxurile energetice sunt evaluate la interfa&#539;a complet\u0103 a dispozitivului, elimin\u00e2nd eroarea de interpretare intern\u0103.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n  <section class=\"tvp-dd-section tvp-dd-section--alt\">\n    <div class=\"tvp-dd-article\">\n\n      <div class=\"tvp-dd-section-header\">\n        <span class=\"tvp-dd-sec-num\">&#167;&nbsp;09<\/span>\n        <h2>Condi&#539;ii de falsificare<\/h2>\n
